Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, password credentials, profile image, and authentication settings. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the verified email address, name, profile image, and provider account identifier that you authorize the provider to share.

We also store information you provide while operating or participating in a golf outing, including organization and event details, golfer rosters, registrations, tee assignments, scores, sponsor details, and related communications.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, operate golf events, provide live scoring and leaderboards, process registrations, send service and security messages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and improve ZizzyLive.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete a transaction you request. Service providers may include hosting, database, email delivery, authentication, analytics, and golf-course data providers. They may process information only for the services they provide to us.

Event organizers control the outing information in their workspaces and may make selected event details, registration information, scores, and leaderboards available to participants or the public.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account or an associated event remains active and as reasonably necessary for operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update profile and security settings within ZizzyLive. Workspace owners may delete eligible workspaces through the application. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Children and changes

ZizzyLive is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date.
